Na základě § 161 zákona číslo 183/2006 Sb., stavební zákon spolek Praha12.net vydávaná vyjádření k existenci technické infrastruktury. Na vyžádání stavebníka (stavebního úřadu apod.) jsou vydávána dle jednotlivých žádostí vyjádření k síti a zařízení ve vlastnictví Praha12.net.
